La UPV paga pitjor a les seues Dones en la Ciència

L’estudi arreplega 3.119 contractes i/o addendes que la UPV ha formalitzat des de juny de 2021 fins a desembre de 2024. Analitza el salari per hora que reben les persones contractades, i normalitza en salaris bruts en la jornada estàndard de 37,5 hores setmanals.

Per a sorpresa de ningú, els únics salaris de la universitat que no es corresponen a taules salarials regulades, sinó que són determinats per la UPV, presenten una desigualtat, com es comprova quan els contractes corresponen a convocatòries generals, com és el cas dels programes predoctorals FPI, FPU, etc. o els postdoctorals.

El següent quadre mostra els salaris normalitzats bruts de cada categoria en funció del gènere de la persona contractada i la diferència calculada, en contractes en els quals el requisit és una titulació universitària:

El estudio recoge 3.119 contratos y/o adendas que la UPV ha formalizado desde junio de 2021 hasta diciembre de 2024. Analiza el salario por hora que perciben las personas contratadas, y normaliza en salarios brutos en la jornada estándar de 37,5 horas semanales.

Para sorpresa de nadie, los únicos salarios de la universidad que no se corresponden a tablas salariales reguladas, sino que son determinados por la UPVpresentan una desigualdad, como se comprueba cuando los contratos corresponden a convocatorias generales, como es el caso de los programas predoctorales FPI, FPU, etc. o los postdoctorales.

El siguiente cuadro muestra los salarios normalizados brutos de cada categoría en función del género de la persona contratada y la diferencia calculada, en contratos en los cuales el requisito es una titulación universitaria:
