Naix una nova forma de construir les teues condicions de treball amb STEPV

La pandèmia ens ha abocat a una nova realitat. Com sempre, molts canvis són a pitjor, però d’altres suposen noves oportunitats.
En STEPV, aprofitem les oportunitats per avançar en transparència i participació, per assolir el nostre objectiu de ser el teu sindicat. Per això hem creat la iniciativa debat OBERT [STEPV].
El nou entorn de treball no presencial que la Universitat ha implantat, ens permet crear un equip on pots llegir els nostres plantejaments, participar en els debats, fer les teues aportacions i suggeriments, i construir amb nosaltres les teues condicions laborals a negociar amb l’administració.

Naix aquesta experiència amb il·lusió. En STEPV considerem necessari acostar-nos a tu, treballar amb tu, i trobar noves formes perquè participar en la vida sindical siga alguna cosa més que votar cada quatre anys.

Què anem a debatre?

Comencem l’experiència pilot amb el debat dels temes del nou Pla concilia, que tot i estar paralitzat actualment per l’administració és una de les qüestions que més van a afectar les teues condicions laborals.
De moment obrim amb el debat sobre horaris de PAS i PI (generals, especials, i 9 i X), i les llicències sabàtiques del PDI. En breu debatrem sobre com ha de ser el teletreball en la Universitat (una vegada normalitzada la situació d’emergència sanitària) i la resta de temes pendents.
